from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, except when
the stock market is closed.
Use the CIRS Service Center or CIRS Web Site for the following information:
- See your accrued benefit
- Request an estimate
- To start your pension benefit
- Ask questions about the Plan.
To conduct most transactions you will need your Personal Identification Number (PIN). To request a PIN reminder mailing call the Service Center or visit the Web Site.
The CIRS Service Center automated line is available 24 hours a day, 7-days a week. Using the automated line you can check your balances, change your contribution percentage, or change your investment fund elections.
